Pursuant to the provisions of articles 5 and 6 of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data you voluntarily provide us through the different forms available for this purpose on the website www.famds.es or in any other way of data collection, will be incorporated into the files called “CLIENTS”, “CONTRACTS”, “SUPPLIERS” and “CLAIMS” under the responsibility of Filhet-Allard MDS Correduría de Seguros, S.L. in order to be able to contact you, to maintain the contractual and/or pre-contractual relationship and the internal management of the brokerage-client relationship in case of insurance policies.

In the same way, THE CLIENT of the website  www.famds.es,  by voluntarily providing its personal data through the different forms available for this purpose on the website, gives his/her consent so that the data can be used for sending commercial communications and promotional offers by email, fax or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, regarding the services or products related to insurance and financial products. In the same way, the data will be used to respond to any query you make and to manage your orders or requests in the data collection forms. All data requested through the website are mandatory. If not provided, Filhet-Allard MDS Correduría de Seguros, S.L. shall not guarantee that the services provided will fully fit your needs.

The website of Filhet-Allard MDS Correduría de Seguros, S.L. does not use cookies or other technical means that allow to identify specific users or to know their navigation history without the user´s awareness. However, it is our commitment that if any changes occur in the Privacy Policy in this regard you will be immediately notified through this website, including the appropriate rectification in this section. The website incorporates the standard information security measures, for example: firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms in order to prevent unauthorized access to the data provided.

E-CLIENT SERVICE:: This service allows clients who wish to do so, directly through the website www.famds.es,  acceder a sus pólizas, presupuestos, recibos to access their policies, quotations, debit orders and claims by means of two personal access keys and password. To subscribe to this service, you must send a written request by email to famds@famds.es. The client will receive an indefinite user key and a password key valid for 12 months. At the end of its validity, the client must request a new password. The client undertakes to make responsible use of the keys in compliance with all regulations on the protection of personal data (mainly Law 15/1999 and RD 1720/2007). In the same way, the client undertakes to immediately communicate to Filhet-Allard MDS Correduría de Seguros, S.L. any incident that endangers the security and privacy of the personal data contained in the Client’s quotations, debit orders, policies and claims. In case of improper use of the user keys and password and the information that is made available to him/her, the Client using the E-CLIENT service undertakes to be liable for any sanctions and liability that may occur.

THE CLIENT of the website www.famds.es  may at any time exercise his/her rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition pursuant to the terms laid down in Organic Law 15/1999 by contacting Filhet-Allard MDS Correduria de Seguros, S.L. at the address C/ Serrano Galvache, 56. 2ª Planta, attaching a copy of the National ID Card or by email to famds@famds.es.
